Refund & Exchange Policy
At AfterGlow, we want you to feel completely comfortable in your loungewear. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how our refund and exchange process works:
Instant Refund at Delivery
When your order arrives, you may open the package in front of the courier.
If you’re not satisfied with your item(s), you may hand them back to the courier immediately for a full refund.
Refund After Delivery
If you wish to return your order after the courier has left, you may request a refund within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team within the 24-hour window, and we’ll guide you through the process. 
Please note: a small service/shipping fee will be deducted for refunds requested after delivery.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be in brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or style of equal or greater value (any price difference will need to be covered by you)
