Refund & Exchange Policy
At AfterGlow, we want you to feel completely comfortable in your loungewear. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how our refund and exchange process works:
Instant Refund at Delivery
• When your order arrives, you may open the package in front of the courier.
• If you’re not satisfied with your item(s), you may hand them back to the courier immediately for a full refund.
Refund After Delivery
• If you wish to return your order after the courier has left, you may request a refund within 24 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team within the 24-hour window, and we’ll guide you through the process.
• Please note: a small service/shipping fee will be deducted for refunds requested after delivery.
Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be in brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or style of equal or greater value (any price difference will need to be covered by you)
